Customs formalities

Transpack can take care of all customs formalities which are necessary for the import or export of certain goods. We are familiar with the rules in both your origin and destination country and know which goods must be declared to customs.

Transpack owns a customs bonded warehouse in The Hague, which makes it possible to clear goods there instead of at the harbour and make the shipment ready for delivery or for forwarding to another country in the European Union. Customs is allowed to inspect shipments whenever they see fit. Choosing shipments is totally random and only confirmed a few days in advance.

Transpack can also take care of all permits and deposits where necessary. Our AEO certification ensures that goods imported by us are given priority, so that you can ship your goods as soon as possible. Transpack will follow your shipment from beginning to end and ensure that the whole process goes as smoothly as possible.
